Working with Michael Furino on the sale of our home proved to be such a pleasant experience. Throughout the entire process, he was an absolute professional. Prompt, persistent, patient, wise, and incredibly quick to respond to any of our questions and/or concerns……he was great! In the midst of all of the above, Michael also had a very warm, genuine, and personable way about him that made it seem as though we were working with a relative or close friend. Whenever we would sit down and talk, he always made us feel super comfortable and we never got the feeling that he had business elsewhere to get to……what a rarity these days! Michael, it was a total pleasure working with you and getting to know you……you’re at the top of our recommendation list!

From the very beginning, Mike was super responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. He didn’t pull any punches and was quick to show us any listing we were interested in. Within a month we found our home and had an accepted offer! Mike is so kind, sweet and answered a million of my questions. Without hesitation I would recommend him to anyone who is in the market to purchase or sell a home!

Michael was a rockstar! He educated us and was never pushy throughout the process. He found us a great home in a great neighborhood for a great price. He was always responsive and always answered our questions even if they were silly, I would highly recommend him and anyone of his team to find the home of your dreams.

Michael is trusted, professional, and incredible to work with! I’m truly honored to leave a raving review as Michael was comforting from the moment we first sat down together. I reached out to Michael shortly after my mother passed away and I was tasked with the responsibility of selling her condominium unit in Port Washington. While Michael is a childhood friend, we had lost touch as the years had gone on. However, it was easy to pick right back up after reaching out since Michael is very personable and willing to share his knowledge and expertise well before any discussions about signing as my agent. He was surgical with his approach, balancing his compassion for my unfortunate circumstances with helping to guide me and my sister with the pressures of the market, timing, pricing, etc. While it was not any easy task, Michael was able to make us very comfortable to list the unit and his expertise was immediately proven as we received 5 offers in the first 3 days! Michael’s assistance didn’t end there…he was only getting started! The Rolodex of contacts Michael has is endless. I was provided with his family and professional contacts that helped me sell, donate, and discard all of the furniture and personal belongings in my mother’s unit. I was also provided with (and used) recommended contractors for any work that needed to be done in the unit before closing. Michael was helpful through the day of closing as minor issues popped up on the final walk through. Hands down I would highly recommend Michael for any and all transactions!
