My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Mike Furino when we looked for and purchased our home. We were first time homebuyers and nervous about the whole process. Mike was a true professional throughout the process. He listened attentively to our requests regarding budget, size and location. He explained all the real estate terms we were unfamiliar with and provided excellent recommendations in terms of home inspection and possible alterations. He helped make one of the most important decisions in our lives into a pleasant memory.

Michael helped me purchase my first house a year ago. I bought at the height of the real estate frenzy before interest rates went up. I credit Michael's deep knowledge and expertise with the real estate industry with me securing a house on my second offer. He was never pushy, and always had ideas and suggestions if I was trying to determine if a particular home worked for me. He answered all my questions, helped line up any resources I needed, drove me around (as I had no car) and was unfailingly polite and generous with his time.

Mike was incredibly helpful during our first time home buying experience. Even with tight inventory he listened to our requirements and found us the perfect home. We were fortunate to have a short search; which I attribute to Mike‘s keen insight into the market. Although, I know Mike would have been happy to look with us for as long as it took to find the perfect home. Mike worked around our schedule and constraints while living in NYC and was there to answer any questions we had during the process. He gets extra points for providing us with his incredible network of inspectors, lawyers and mortgage brokers. My wife and I could not have been happier with Mike as our agent. We would emphatically recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Mike sold our house for us and I can't say enough good things. Aside from us getting more than asking, Mike has several characteristics that set him apart from other agents we've worked with, most importantly, integrity. Mike is honest almost to a fault. He will be upfront about what your home is worth, manage your expectations and get out ahead of surprises. Second, hard working. He always went above and beyond. Lastly, personable. He is genuine and thoughtful and we are lucky to have worked with Mike.

As first time home buyers we expected the process to be stressful, however, Michael made the process fun and exciting! He is extremely knowledgeable about the entire buying and selling process. Michael made everything simple and easy to understand, and we appreciated his patience and expertise. He never rushes you into anything or makes you feel pressured. He really cares about finding you your forever home. We can’t thank him enough for his help in buying our home. We could have not done this without him!
