Lindsey Kovach far exceeded our expectations with her knowledge, responsiveness and very kind/friendly/professional and flexible approach during our home buying experience. She is top notch in all that she does, from having a vast knowledge of local resources to assist us during our home buying process to being prepared with property print outs and information on the properties we were interested in and her willingness to meet with us on our schedule. I myself am a licensed Florida real estate agent and can tell you, she is the very best at what she does and if she does not have the answers for you, she will find them. We were going to try selling a house ourselves from 90 miles away. Lindsey reached out and offered her services, and we agreed to a meeting. Best decision we could’ve made. She was a professional and came prepared with a printed folder about our house (comps, etc.) and connected us with a contractor to handled some needed repairs before we could list the house. Throughout the process she was always present without being pushy, listened to any concerns we had, and gave us advice. Our final weeks involved some difficult situations with the buyers, but Lindsey steered us right through to the closing. Would recommend to anyone who is selling.
