I have worked with a number of real estate brokers over the past 30 years and Linda Skolnick stands out as the best by far. She is responsive, intelligent, and her advice has always been spot on. Most importantly, Linda is such a pleasure to work with, and she is not pushy at all. Linda took the time to understand what we were looking for and continuously kept us abreast of the local housing market, ultimately identifying exactly the types of homes we were in the market for. I wholeheartedly recommend Linda (and, she has a great sense of humor, and truly is such a nice person).

Working with Linda is a dream! Most recently Linda represented me as a seller and she was nothing short of exceptional. Linda is extremely knowledgeable and provided all of the right advice every step along the way. She made the process of selling a house as stress-free as possible and went above and beyond to market my home effectively and give it maximum exposure. Open communication with Linda helped make the process so easy - Linda always makes herself available to answer questions and provide guidance. I was never waiting around for a response.
