Celeste was very helpful in doing everything she could to make sure that I was on the right path to finding the home for me. She went out of her way to make sure things were taken care of. This was my first home buying experience.

Moving from Iowa to Florida was an easy transition thanks to Celeste. Her knowledge of the business and concern for her clients far exceed the average realtor. We were extremely pleased with her in every aspect of our house hunting experience. She not only took care of our concerns during that time but went out of her way to offer suggestions of events, restaurants, etc. which we appreciated immensely since we knew nothing about the area. She is the most well informed, knowledgeable, considerate, person....plus her personality immediately put us at ease and we knew things would turn out perfectly in her hands....and they did!

While any realtor can show a home, you need an experienced realtor like Celeste Schott to be there when issues arrive and then work for you day and night to resolve them. If it weren't for Celeste's tenacity in making sure that the agent for the seller did his job and followed through on repair and paperwork actions that would have caused the closing to fall through, our dream retirement home in Venice, FL would still be a dream. Both my wife and I are military members and we appreciated Celeste keeping us informed (and on track) throughout the buying and closing processes. Her replies to our queries were answered within minutes or at most an hour or two. As important as her experience, Celeste knew how much we appreciated her follow through every step of the way.
