Linda, Never gives up. She was very good at getting renters and with the review process to weed out potential renters the first year when we could not find a buyer. She then helped me time the sale when the market turned and kept me advised as to the competition and feedback we received. Linda also has a wealth of contacts when minor repairs are needed and each one provided great service with a minimum hit to the wallet. I needed to sell when the market was at it worst and Linda made the experience painless until the buyers emerged to close the deal.
