Liane was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond at all hours of the day, and patiently walked us through every step of the process as first time home buyers. Liane was honest with us and had our best interests in mind - she didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear. She came with us to check out several homes before we found one that we liked - I felt guilty at how many houses she came to, but she was positive the whole time. Liane also knows what she is doing in the offer process, and her strategy/advice helped us get our offer accepted, even though it was not the highest offer. She has a good reputation in the community and is highly respected by seller's agents, which is important. We highly recommend Liane to anyone looking to buy a home in the area, especially first time home buyers who have no idea what they are doing!

We could not have asked for a better agent than Liane! You can tell she loves what she does and truly cares about her clients. Liane is knowledgable about the market and the metro Boston area and was great at setting expectations with us, but still worked hard to get us our dream home. When it comes to responsiveness, I'm not quite sure when Liane sleeps, as she responded within 30 mins any and every time we reached out and was aways patient when we had questions. I never felt like I was bothering her. When we went to showings with her, she was an active participant, asking questions (some that we hadn't thought of!) and pointing out important features or downfalls of each home to us, yet letting us come to our own conclusions and make our own decision. When we found the house we wanted to make an offer on, Liane was lightning fast in getting us comps and getting the offered written up and submitted (and this was on Labor Day weekend!) Throughout the entire process, Liane was always one step ahead of us, sending us reminder emails of what we needed to do and making sure everything stayed on track for closing. She negotiates hard on her clients behalf and is one of the nicest people to be around. I truly enjoyed working with her and would not hesitate to work with her again the next time we are in the market to buy or sell a home. If you are in need of a realtor, call Liane! You will not regret it.

We have worked with Liane twice now. She helped us buy our house when we relocated from Florida and selling our house when we relocated to Maryland. She is an absolute dream to work with. She is so knowledgeable about the area and the market that we were able to sell our house for well over what we expected to even list it for! She is hard working, kind, and full of a wonderful, bubbly energy! We wish we could have worked with her when buying our current home in Maryland!

I have worked with many real estate agents over the years and in our latest purchase, I worked with Liane. She is an outstanding agent and highly knowledgeable about the market. She is always available and take her job very seriously. She will do her due diligence in any offer that she prepare and perform a thorough analysis of comparative houses. She also has gathered a great team of lawyer and mortgage company who make the whole process seamless. She is a fantastic agent

Liane was truly an outstanding real estate agent. She had our best interests at all times, and even advocated for us when our own lawyer did not want to advocate for us. She was incredibly accommodating; between our busy work schedules and arranging for childcare for our toddler, we had limited hours when we were available to tour houses, but she made sure that she was available whenever we needed her. In fact, neither my husband nor I could attend our inspection of the house because we were both at work, so Liane attended in our stead! She managed to get the report from the inspector to us faster than the inspector did. When we had to do the walk through for our house prior to closing, I could only make it in the evening, and she made sure that she was there and insisted to the seller's agent that he had to meet us there at the time we chose. She has her client's best interests at heart, is always honest and open. She would tell us when she thought a house wouldn't work for us and also advised us about property market values. She is truly an exceptional agent, and we are so lucky that we found her!
