We had the pleasure of working with Danielle and her son Matt this summer selling our condo in Norfolk and moving up the street to a new home... 3/4 of a mile away! Danielle's knowledge of the local real estate market was a huge benefit to us in helping us set the correct selling price and she hit it right on the number. Her attention to detail and accentuating "the little things" made all the difference in the world as the buyers could not have been more happy with their purchase and we were able to stick to a very tight timeline to make the move. Perhaps her greatest quality is her genuine warmth in wanting to build a relationship and friendship with her clients. This was not just another transaction to Danielle and we feel we have gained a new friend in the area by working with her. We worked with Danielle for over a year while searching for a home in Norfolk and the surrounding towns. Danielle was amazing to work with and went the extra mile to help find us the perfect home. As first time home buyers, she was extremely helpful in educating us on the home buying process and had extensive knowledge of Norfolk and the neighborhoods in town. As soon as a house that met our criteria came on, Danielle was quick to let us know about it. During each open house, she did a detailed walkthrough with us and pointed out considerations that we should be aware of. Even though the market was competitive, Danielle never pushed us to make an offer on a home that didn’t tick all of our boxes. Throughout the process we felt like Danielle genuinely cared about helping us find a house we really loved. We would recommend Danielle to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home in the area!

Danielle was and IS the best of the best, hands down! In a crazy housing market, she always gave us her incredible knowledge and real genuine advice to find us our first family home. We were patient and stayed positive throughout the entire process and finally found the perfect home for our growing family. If you are looking for a real estate agent… look no further! Danielle Rochefort is absolutely fabulous to work with. She is the ultimate professional and always has her client's best interest at heart. And most of all…. Danielle genuinely cares! We met Danielle about 5 years ago while visiting an open house at Boyd’s Crossing in Norfolk. It was such a pleasure to talk to her about what we were looking for in our semi-retirement stage of life. She actually listened and told us… “I have just the place for you”. We continued to work with Danielle over the next few years, as she patiently tried to find the perfect home for us. Ultimately, we ended up with the one she knew was for us from the beginning. Fast forward to today, and we are happily settled in The Enclave at Norfolk. Danielle’s expertise and guidance throughout our build process has been nothing short of phenomenal.
