Carly was recommended to us by another buyer, and she exceeded our expectations! Throughout the entire process of our selling and buying a home, Carly was professional, informed, available, and had a good attitude. She provided us with a home staging expert at no cost, who came in and gave advice on how to make our home more attractive to buyers. We did not purchase new furniture to do this; we just eliminated certain things and followed the staging expert’s advice. Carly brought in a photographer who took beautiful photos for the MLS listing, and we had an offer in less than a week. Carly listened to our preferences for a new home, and presented us with many homes to look at. It took some time and driving to other towns to find the one we wanted, and she always had a smile. When there were a couple of glitches in the process, Carly was calm and able to answer all questions. She always knew who to call, and came back quickly with answers. We felt confident knowing that Carly had our backs. Carly met with us at our convenience to answer questions and fill out the paperwork. We highly recommend Carly to anyone who is in need of a realtor.

Beware of Unprofessional Conduct - Jennifer Flores from Leslie Wells Realty. I hired Jennifer Flores to secure a tenant and manage my property. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly stressful due to what I can only describe as suspicious and negligent behavior on her part. Late December, Ms. Flores claimed to have found a 'good tenant' eager to move in promptly. Despite their haste and my reliance on her professional judgment, critical due diligence in the tenant approval process was overlooked. On the day of the move, it became evident that Ms. Flores had not documented the property condition beforehand, it looks like I had to tell her everything she was supposed to do with my minimum experience on the field The situation escalated when Ms. Flores revealed a week after they moved-in that the tenants had submitted fake documentation. Instead of providing the expected professional guidance, she left the resolution entirely up to me, charging a $45 fee for legal involvement without actively pursuing the matter. Throughout the process, Ms. Flores exhibited evasive behavior, raising serious concerns about her commitment to protecting my interests. Her reluctance to gather proper eviction documentation, citing personal safety concerns, and delayed response to legal advice were troubling. Furthermore, she neglected to ensure the tenants covered utilities and address issues like furniture left behind and property damages. When police involvement was suggested, she actively avoided meeting with them, deepening my suspicions. Several questions regarding Ms. Flores's actions remain unanswered, underscoring the gravity of the situation. I am uncertain whether she fulfilled her responsibilities, such as contacting the real person, closing utility accounts, and reporting the incident to the police. When attempting to address this crucial matter with The Broker, Leslie, appeared preoccupied and engaged in a phone conversation while on the road working. Although the situation felt a bit unprofessional from my perspective, I appreciate that she decided to pinch in financially to cover unpaid utilities and the removal of furniture Beware of entrusting your property matters to Jennifer Flores at Leslie Wells Realty, as her unprofessional and not knowledge of the eviction process -as she mentioned to me after the fact-, and her conduct have caused considerable stress and concern.

Rachel is the best realtor of all time. She is professional, knowledgeable, diligent and especially kindhearted. She focused on my needs, tailored to my specific health requirements. She was there every step of the way: going into contract, home inspections ti closing.

We ?????? Rachel! She called me back within minutes of our on-line inquiry. From our first conversation, she took care of everything that we needed to make this sale a success. She knows her market, the area and was on top of every step of the process. Since we are out-of-state, Rachel went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable with our sight-unseen purchase. From facilitating a virtual walkthrough to helping us with the transfer of utilities and even providing and replacing decorations that the sellers were keeping so that the unit still looked nice for upcoming rentals.
