Mr. Vialmill and his team at 2640 W Touhy were very helpful, responsive, friendly and knowledgeable, Mills team took over the condos fourteen months ago, within that short time the team collected thousands of dollars that was owed to the association as well as caught up on long overdue utility bill, changing sanitation company through financial negotiations while having a prosperous plan for the future of the building. We purchased a property with Leroy's help. He was very professional, knowledgeable and offered professional advice every step of the way.
