Leigh Ann was our agent for the selling our parents house after they passed away, which is the first house I've ever been involved in selling, so we were complete novices on the process and everything it entailed. Leigh Ann made the difference in our house sitting on the market for weeks and finding a buyer and closing in such a short time. She handed everything from helping us get through probate to closing. Leigh Ann did an outstanding job helping us sell our house in Florida. We live in Alabama, so her expertise was invaluable to us! She sold our house in under a week and took care of everything! She lined up a cleaning service, carpet cleaner, Pest Control, and a plumber. She made everything so easy and she is such a delight to work with. I can’t say enough nice things about her and she was always very responsive. I would highly recommend using her, I can’t think of anyone that would do a better job than Leigh Ann!!.

Leigh Ann did and outstanding job helping us get our new home. She was extremely helpful with any questions or concerns we had. She was on top of everything and fixed any problems we faced right away. She did so much work and showed she was dedicated, honest, and trustworthy from the moment we met. She recommended better solutions while still respecting our decisions, but we took her advice and it saved us a lot of money and made the buying process so much better and smoother.
