Laura was absolutely phenomenal in every aspect. My husband & I were "very highly" recommend by our friend Tom to call Laura. Jared was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process. Went out of his way to help even though the seller and I could not come to an agreement on the manufactured home I was interested in.

Jared helped us purchase two condos in St. Peterburg area. Jared was extermely responsive through out the process. Since I am out of town, he willingly presented himself at the properties more than once for inspection, repair and other tasks. Jared lives in Sarasota, so I can appreciate the time he had to spend on the road for these visits. He is one of the bests, and I recommend him without any reservation.
