Leah is outstanding! Our property needed a lot of work, and given that I’m not local, this could have been a real challenge. But Leah made it easy. She had contacts for plumbing, electrical, clean-up, clean-out, painting, general fixes, etc., and she coordinated and facilitated the repairs. Leah is knowledgeable, detail oriented, very responsive, communicative, and just an overall joy to work with. I could not be happier. I highly recommend Leah Thorp!!

Leah did an excellent job helping us sell my father’s house. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She navigated working with all five of my siblings, like a rock star. It was emotionally difficult for us to sell the 65-year-old family homestead, but Leah made the process go as smoothly as possible and helped us with all our questions. She also assisted us in selling a small piece of my dad’s land that was located much farther away. No job is too big or too small for Leah. We felt very fortunate to have Leah on our team.
