I can't say enough about how amazing Laurie Sandoval was in handling the sale of my deceased parents' home in Port Charlotte, Florida. As someone living in Massachusetts and only able to visit Florida twice during this process, I was honestly worried about how I’d manage everything. Laurie made everything so much easier than I could’ve imagined. From the very beginning, Laurie took the time to understand the unique situation and showed nothing but professionalism, care, and commitment. She kept both me and my lawyer updated every step of the way, providing clear and timely communication, which was absolutely crucial. I never felt out of the loop, despite being so far away. One of the things that truly impressed me was how Laurie went above and beyond her job description. She even took the initiative to handle a situation where a car had been left in the garage – she personally showed up to get it towed out, saving me a lot of stress. That’s not something I expected from a realtor, but Laurie truly did whatever it took to make the process smooth. Laurie Sandoval made our home buying experience from start to finish seamless. She was knowledgeable about the market and went above and beyond to make sure all our wants and needs were met. Laurie is a sensational realtor who helped us find our forever Florida home.
