Jayson was awesome to work with,asked for my wish list and delivered some exceptional properties to choose from.He made the process very easy especially since I was out of state and and needed to travel to see my perfect place in the sunshine state. Jehn worked tirelessly to find me my new home. She is knowledgeable about the area and presented me with several properties to view. After I made a selection, she was able to write an offer that the seller accepted. The process was seamless and the inspections went very smoothly. Jehn was very professional and did a fantastic job in talking me through the process of making an offer on this property and negotiating this purchase price. She was also very helpful to ask the seller about any questions I had regarding history on the property and how much utility bills and insurance cost were at this location. She stayed in touch with me via emails and text and was always very prompt in responding. I was very excited about this purchase and she shared in that excitement with me. I highly recommend using her for your next home purchase.
