Lauren priced our home to sell for more than we expected and it sold! We were thrilled to say the least. We followed her advice to properly prepare the home to show to it's best advantage and the result was amazing! She kept us informed through the showings with feedback, guided us through the negotiations to get into contract, and handled the escrow process so everything went smoothly and we closed early!

Lauren listed our home and negotiated the best possible price. She helped us list it for an appropriate price so that it sold quickly. There were some glitches along the way with the buyer, however, Lauren determined the issues and found the solutions, and kept the sale intact until it closed, helping not only us but the buyer also! She is very professional and extremely knowledgeable.

As a first time buyer, I wasn't exactly sure what I was getting myself into, or how to even start the land/home buying process. Lauren made it so easy. she is very knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire process. I highly recommend her services to anyone.
