Eric Smith is a very dedicated and very professional realtor! I have worked with many real estate professionals over the years and have never had the process of purchasing real estate work this fast and efficient before. It was unbelievable! We are/were out of state purchasers as well which I thought would be much more difficult. With Eric's help doing the leg work beforehand and being prepared for our first visit, we were able to locate the PERFECT property to call home on our first go around. Eric had arranged everything with a local mortgage company who were unbelievable as well! So by the time we were halfway home, we already had our loan papers 3/4's of the way done. I honestly have never had a real estate and mortgage experience go so well in all my 35 years of doing real estate. I will definitely be using Eric again for any real estate transactions I do in Utah. Great Job!

Calen did a great job! He answered all our questions at random times, always got back to us, with a text or a phone call.. if he didn't have an answer, he said he would get back to us, and did. He is very patient, and professional, and always was looking out for our welfare!! And came through in the end faithfully!! Thank you Callen!! Your great, I already recommended him to family members...Oh and by the way, we closed on time! So proud of Remax and Callen. Thanks again!

Bought my first home yesterday 8/6/25.working with Austin was great it was the fastest process that I’ve always feared but he and his team made it happen with ease. I appreciate everything you guys did for us and our family you guys really made this happen for us thank you!!!!!! If your choosing a agent choose him I promise you won’t regret it!
