He was amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable. when i called Eric was very responsive and he was easy to talk with. he informed me of options and suggested other alternatives. it was last minute but he was still able to accomadate.

Jan 2025 I posted: 'I would not hesitate to recommend Realtor, Trey Knight, to anyone intending to buy or sell in the Southern Utah area. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the location, has superb negotiation skills, and always makes extra efforts to meet client’s needs.' But Remax Realtor Knight's commendable customer care extends FAR BEYOND the final closing. Summer 2024 I was forced to relocate from Washington State to sell my recently deceased sister's Southern UT residence before and buying a home in Northern Utah, badly in need of serious repair(s). However, I couldn't find a highly-rated, dependable, available contractor to do the work. Trey not only did a superb job selling my sister's St. George UT area property in early 2025, but then he considerately followed-up with a phone call six months later to ensure I was settling in well. When I explained my much needed-contractor predicament (even Home Depot "dropped the ball"), Mr. Knight set me up with an extremely talented individual, a Mr. Cameron Barlow, who superbly completed the needed work in a reasonable time and price. This retired senior and career military pilot is most impressed with Realtor Trey Knight!

Shane was so great to work with! This was our first time buying a home and he made the process much easier and less stressful than we expected and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns. He is genuine and truly cares about helping with your home buying experience. We really enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to anyone!

Austin is literally the best he was so kind and patient with us. He tailored our search to exactly what we wanted and he found us the best house for our budget. He truly was a pleasure to work with and I can’t wait to work with him again !! Highly recommend him
