Chad has been fantastic to work with! He is very responsive, eager to help and answer any questions I had. It didn't matter if I had questions regarding a specific property to just some general inquiries, Chad went above and beyond what I was asking of him. I contacted Chad about possibly selling my place and buying something new or keeping it as a rental. I could not have been more pleased with Chad's professionalism, work ethic and knowledge. Todd was really great to work with! He was very responsive to texts and phone calls, helped me find a great lender, and was really good at listening to our needs. He found homes in our price range, that would accommodate our energetic dog, and that were near family and the schools we wanted. Thank you!
