Breonna was so great to work with. She went above and beyond finding us a home. She never gave up and we are so grateful for the memories we are creating now with our family thanks to her. Breonna has helped us to buy 1 piece of property, 2 homes and sell a home. She was instrumental in helping us to select a builder to develop the property. I had my worst experience ever with a realtor. Marian Ogden (who works for Bryan Burnett) was representing the seller and showed us the home. She tried to trick us into signing with her when we told her we were representing ourselves by offering to write our offer that we were planning to send in ourselves to just to "make it easier", and inferring that we would still be representing ourselves, which was highly unethical. When we got the offer and realized this and told her we didn't want to sign with her, she hinted that she would discourage the seller from accepting our offer (which is actually illegal) unless we signed with her. The experience was so disgusting that we ended up being glad in the end when we didn't get the home.

Raul did an excellent job of helping find and negotiate a good deal for my house. He understands the area and the market and he assisted me throughout the process. I would recommend him very highly.
