Honestly, my husband and I have never had a realtor who was so creative on how to sell a rental property of ours. The property had been occupied for many, many years. It certainly needed it's share of TLC. Tom was so creative on driving it into a multi - offer bidding war. Needless to say, from start to finish , took only 10 days. !!!! His team was so on top of all documentation and expedited closing. Very very impressive. I would recommend him in any real estate transaction you may have.

It was very important to my wife and I that the Realtor we hired possessed certain key traits: Integrity, Honesty, Humility and Professional Excellence. We gave Tom five stars but would have made it 10 stars if that were available. Tom has years of success in Southern California real estate, and this translated into a beautiful marketing campaign across the MLS and various real estate websites. Several neighbors commented on how impressed they were when they saw our property listing online. It wasn’t long before we received a very strong offer. From opening of escrow to the official date of close there were several unexpected challenges that required Tom’s insights, experience and wisdom to successfully navigate. He made the difficult look easy. He’s as good as it gets, we highly recommend Tom to anyone selling or buying a home. And, he’s a great person. You’ll likely make a new friend!

I am pleased to highly recommend Tom Tennant as the most knowledgeable and driven realtor I have ever encountered. Tom sold my condo in just 3 weeks! Tom was always there for us answering our questions, helping with all our needs, which were many. Tom and his staff were patient and kind and went above and beyond. I especially appreciated the fact that he was always very prompt in returning all of my calls and texts when I had questions. We highly recommend Tom and his team for all your real estate needs!!!
