It was very important to my wife and I that the Realtor we hired possessed certain key traits: Integrity, Honesty, Humility and Professional Excellence. We gave Tom five stars but would have made it 10 stars if that were available. Tom has years of success in Southern California real estate, and this translated into a beautiful marketing campaign across the MLS and various real estate websites. Several neighbors commented on how impressed they were when they saw our property listing online. It wasn’t long before we received a very strong offer. From opening of escrow to the official date of close there were several unexpected challenges that required Tom’s insights, experience and wisdom to successfully navigate. Tom was always there for us answering our questions, helping with all our needs, which were many. Tom and his staff were patient and kind and went above and beyond.
