My husband and I hired Lane to sell our home and find a new home and we couldn't ask for a better experience! He was very knowledgeable about our local market, gave honest and fair advice on our home and worked really hard to keep our listing relevant! During the selling process, he fought for our best interests and guided us when we needed help with decisions. He was with us every step of the way and made the experience really easy and as stress free as possible! When we set out to find a new home, Lane kept us in the constantly changing loop in a very hot market. He recommended homes to see and scheduled showings for anything we wanted to walk through. He was knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in and stayed patient with us while we decided what we truly wanted! We decided to build a custom home and he has stayed in contact with our builder, checked in with us, and has continued to make us feel like we are in the best hands possible during this phase of our process! Lane Stults started as a neighbor who I didn't speak to that much...(my fault), then they moved away, and joined his talented family in the Real Estate Industry. From the time I knew Lane as a neighbor and just an acquaintance, he has always stood with integrity, honor, character and strives to become better than he was the day before. He is respected by his closest peers, family members, community leaders, customers, and friends. The high level of excellence and performance he demands of himself can be seen in his professional relationships as well. He honors his commitments, has always showed up early to appointments or scheduled meetings, performs extremely well with other agents in a buyer/seller relationship and there is a reason for his massive success. Lane was a champion of champions with some of the dealings he had to endure. Can't go wrong using this guy! He fought to get us the best deal possible. All in all it was one of the easiest purchase transactions we have ever had.
