If you’re looking for a knowledgable real estate agent who is responsive and willing to go the extra mile to sell your home, Kurt Knodell is your guy! As someone who worries a lot, I knew I needed an agent who was thorough, friendly, and who could make put my mind at ease through what I thought would be a stressful process. It was nothing of the sort, thanks to Kurt! He kept me informed of the process every step of the way; I, honestly, can’t rave enough of his performance. It’s no wonder he’s named “Top Producer” every year!

I was nervous about buying our first house. And then we met Kurt and that completely changed. He worked so hard for us it made the whole process a breeze. He was always quick to answer our question, gave us wonderful and helpful advice. He went above and beyond just to help us out. If your looking to buy or sell a house in the poplar bluff area look no further because Kurt is the best.

My wife and I found ourselves in very uncharted territory as we had to relocate over the summer and sell our first home. We didn’t have a clue where to start.
