Lucas exhibits professionalism in everything he does. I have used him to purchase and sell homes. When using his services to buy a home, he is not pushy and lets the buyer tell him which house they want to look at and he never dissuades a buyer from looking at a house even if it is a house that his agency hasn’t listed. When selling a house, he is very quick to list the home but his expediency doesn’t come at a cost for quality. His team put my house on the market with 48 hours of hiring him and I had people looking at my house within 72 hours of notifying Lucas that I wanted to sell. I will definitely use him again in the future.

Lucas was professional and caring. He went above and beyond what we expected, sold a difficult property with creativity and fairness and went out of his way to make the sale happen.
