If you want the VERY best realtor in Arizona, choose Krystal Winters. We are a military family stationed overseas and I was nervous selling a house in AZ, being so far away. Not only did I have to get renters out, but then get the house ready to sell, i.e. paint, landscaping, carpet etc… I did not even have to make one trip back to Arizona; Krystal handled it all flawlessly. Her communication is outstanding, especially with an 8-hour time difference. She never bombarded me with non-sense, but kept me informed every step of the way. Thank you Krystal, it was a pleasure to work with a professional such as yourself.

I was moving from Germany to U.S and did most of the house search over process over the phone and through video chat. Krystal had to deal with me being 8 hours ahead of local time. But anytime we saw a house that we liked she had no issue doing a video walk through. She worked with both the seller and finance company to expedite getting all the paperwork done so we could close on the house when arrived. We love our home and neighborhood. If you are moving to Arizona I highly recommend her.

We couldn't have chosen a better company and couple to help us sell our house in Bisbee. We had spoken to several other realtors before we spoke to Brandon and Krystal. As soon as I talked to Krystal on the phone, I knew they were a level above the rest. We were not disappointed. Our situation was difficult because we are out of state and the location of the house would potentially limit the buyers that would be interested. Within a month, we had a good offer that we accepted. Brandon and Krystal worked very hard staying on top of the inspections, keeping us informed, and they set up any and all repair work needed at the house. It truly felt like we were their only clients and I know they have several! To top all of it off, they did all of this during the height of the Christmas holiday season. They pulled off miracles to make it all happen. The whole process took a little over two months from listing to closing. Absolutely amazing!! It has been a pleasure working with Brandon and Krystal. I mostly highly recommend them to anyone selling anything from small parcels to mansions. They know their business!!

Being a first time buyer and using my VA loan I was not sure where to start. After during further research, I came across Brandon and Krystal Winters. I decided to talk to them and I am more than grateful and happy that I did. Not only were they really knowledgeable but they were really helpful and responded back real quick. Communication was great. They definitely made this process easy and smooth. So if you are looking for a realtor, look no further! I highly recommend them.

Krystal and Brandon are highly recommended and were so helpful through the entire process of listing and selling our house. I do not know many agents that would come help shovel and grate rock to help get your house ready for picture but these two will. So, if you are looking for a team that will go beyond and above to help you get your house on the market and sold, this is the team for you!
