Excellent. As a first time homebuyer, she was great to work with. She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and helped me understand the specifics of real estate market that were relevant to my search (which made the process much less overwhelming) . She found homes that were exactly what I was looking for in all aspects- price, location, interior, etc. I closed on my first home and could not be happier! I will reach out to her the next time I need assistance with buying or selling a home!

We had the pleasure of working again with Kristina Khalifeh to accomplish renting our Ann Arbor MI condo. Kristina, as always, proved to be an invaluable partner in this process. In fact, Kristina had helped us purchase this condo as well as secured us a great tenant back in 2022. For context we are away from Michigan, but she stepped up and provided excellent service (going beyond ) ensuring that the move out of the prior tenant was smooth and helped us find contractors and ensure the condo was reconditioned to go back on to the rental market. With her deep local knowledge, she has always helped us understand the nuances (for example in this case renting is not easy late fall ), provided guidance on rental pricing strategy and ensuring we felt comfortable at every step in a patient manner. Basically, Kristina made the process of renting out our Condo completely seamless. Using latest reach out technologies and social media, she found a wonderful tenant couple for us although it took a little while (again that is the timing which none of us have control), which was a huge relief and prevented a costly gap in rental income. She truly took the stress out of being a landlord. One other thing about Kristina that has impressed us from Day 1 is with her extremely quick responses (regardless of when you text or call her). As I always mention, you will never go wrong with Kristina and her team. They will take care of you and your requirements in a smooth and timely manner.

Kristina is best realtor ive ever worked with mainly because she truly understands the assignment. She is very knowledgeable and doesnt just want a quick sale. she is patient and she will make sure you purchase a good home. Its been 2 years and we have finally found my dream home and closed in 2weeks.
