Kristie did an outstanding job selling my home. She is enthusiastic, energetic, knowledgeable, intelligent, kind, understanding and a joy to work with. She went above and beyond. Kristie also went above and beyond when helping me find a new home even though she knew I was likely to rent. She made good and sure I knew what my options were. I highly recommend her as both a buying agent and a selling agent. She is the best!

We absolutely loved working with Kristie to sell our home! From the very beginning, she went above and beyond — helping us get the house ready, guiding us through staging decisions, and coordinating all the little details that made everything go so smoothly. Kristie personally attended every showing and was incredibly hands-on throughout the entire process. Her communication was constant and clear, and her pricing and negotiation advice were spot on. A few late nights making sure everything was moving forward. We always felt like we were her top priority, and it was obvious she truly cared about getting us the best outcome. Outstanding Agent. Responsive, listens exceptionally well to your needs and wants. Highly recommend!!! She explained all our options as far as the new real estate rules and regulations. Her attention to detail and focus was spectacular. Always on time and extremely professional. We definitely made a great choice using her for both our buy and sell.
