We could not have been more impressed with the overall experience we had with the Fowler group. Thier local knowledge of the market, their professionalism and their follow through was second to none. We have used them to buy and sell several properties over the years and have never been disappointed with the experience they provided. I would recommend them to anyone, knowing that this group would provide this same experience to anyone they work with. Thank you, Kristen, for everything you have done for us over the years.

Kristen and her team are second-to-none. She's been a North County pro for a very long time and knows all of the intricacies and ins 'n' outs of buying and selling here (We were in Yorba Linda). She walked us through the process every step of the way, and was in constant communication as each new task in the sale process arose. When we had questions or issues, Kristen was on top of it immediately. I cannot possibly recommend Team Fowler any higher, if I could give more stars, I would.

We worked with the Fowler Team (Kristen, Brittney, Dillon) to buy a house in December. We were very impressed by their professionalism and availability. They answered our texts at any time of the day, and worked with our unusual schedules, sometimes having phone calls with us as late as 10 PM. We always felt like their top priority. Dillon even got married during important negotiations near the end but kept working to ensure that everything with the house buying process went smoothly. The Fowler team was very strong with negotiation, getting us an unexpected price reduction that will save us money on taxes years to come. Cannot recommend them enough.

Kristen and her whole team were a pleasure to work with. They are like family now. They helped us remodel our home with expert advice on what choices would help sell the home. They referred us to contractors who did excellent work at great prices, something we didn't have the confidence to do on our own. They managed the whole process after we had moved out of state. They were always very positive throughout the whole time as we went through the emotional ups and downs of selling our dear home of 30 years. I can't imagine doing this with any other team.

Brittney is such a wonderful agent to work with! As soon as my husband and I started looking for homes, we reached out the Kristen Fowler Group as they were recommended to us. They did not disappoint! We worked closely with Brittney but with Kristen as well! They were extremely prompt with communication and guided us the whole way through our first home buying experience. I can’t thank Brittney enough for helping us find our dream home and advocating for us throughout the process! We will use them again in the future for any realty needs!
