Krista is an extremely knowledgeable realtor, not only is she an excellent research person to find you a home in a location you're looking to buy but she also has a great deal of home knowledge as far as what kind of updates have been done that currently benefit the home and what the best improvements could be done to increase the homes value! She works all hours of the day and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. I could not ask for anyone better to help with the whole home buying process!

Krista was awesome to work with! With how crazy the housing market is it took us almost eight months to find the perfect home. Krista was so patient and encouraging. When houses popped up and knew we needed to see it ASAP Krista was always quick to respond. She was wonderful at working with us to find times that fit in our crazy work schedules to see houses. Krista was so helpful in pointing out things which may be a concern down the road and helped give insight in what replacements and repairs might cost. As first time home buyers she walked us through the important things to think about when buying a house and the entire process. We knew we could ask her anything and if it was something she was unfamiliar with she would find the answer. We really valued her opinions and advice! She helped us find our perfect starter home!

Krista has been a stellar agent. Not only did she help me find the house I spent 6 years in, but she helped me sell it as well. Her knowledge of the extremely few and far between comps priced the house so well I was able to pick from multiple offers by 3 days. She listened to what I felf the perks of the home would be and showcased that within the description and pictures. When an appraisal came in super low, she fought hard to show them it was worth more, which was evident when a different appraiser came out under a different contract. I would 100% recommend Krista for any home buying or selling.
