Konni was an absolute dream to work with, she went above and beyond in the sale of our house. She made what could have been a stressful time, SO easy, quick, and seamless. My wife and I met Konni at the Windermere office in Coupeville. She was super helpful and provided us several listings in the local area and was always available if we had questions. Once we found our property, Konni was super helpful in coordinating with the seller's agent and ultimately negotiated an outstanding deal for us. While we were in the closing process, Konni connected us with various county resources and permitting groups. She continues to follow-up with us periodically, which my wife and I both appreciate very much. Highly recommend!

Konni is a great realtor, but an even better human being. My husband & I were looking to relocate from the East Coast & saw a property in Port Ludlow we liked. Konni got permission to handle things for us & made trips to property, which prompted us to make the trip & buy! She helped through every stage, the distance didn't matter. When COVID hit while we were trying to build, she stayed in touch & helped whenever she could. She's gone above & beyond for so many buyers and sellers. Recommend her wholeheartedly!
