Evelyn was the biggest help in selling my home! I was out of state for most of the process but Evelyn took charge and really did a great job! She kept me informed of everything that was happening, as well of everything that needed to happen. She took so much stress off of me. Jim is a gift to our family. I have been in contact with him for 6 years with a dream of a forever home in Island County. Lance and Craig went above and beyond helping us with the long distance sale of our mother's home. They lined up reputable local contractors to do some needed repair work. Also they were intregal in getting new carpet installed and some laminate flooring reparto. I would wholeheartedly recommend this team to buy or sell your home in the Oak Harbor area!
