Lance and Craig went above and beyond helping us with the long distance sale of our mother's home. They lined up reputable local contractors to do some needed repair work. Also they were intregal in getting new carpet installed and some laminate flooring reparto. I would wholeheartedly recommend this team to buy or sell your home in the Oak Harbor area!

Lance went above and beyond even when our home-buying plans continued to change over the course of about 8 months. When we needed the right house with a limited timeline, Lance set up house viewings with us immediately, using effective communication and providing thorough explanations throughout the entire process. If we ever plan to buy again or sell, Lance will no doubt be our first choice as an agent!

Will is awesome! He was our realtor when purchasing a home. Was very helpful, responsive and extremely knowledgeable. He made sure we were comfortable with the process and Will did whatever he could to help us get the sale closed, even overcoming some hurdles very quickly and going above and beyond.
