Maria was a huge help with our first homebuying process! Despite us being on the opposite side of the country and three time zones away, she kept us on track with timeline checklists and regular updates through the whole process. When things went slightly sideways with some other third parties, she was on top of the issue, cc’ing us and the relevant people until she got to the bottom of the problem before we even realized there was one. 10/10!

Shane did an excellent job of giving us the status of the local market at the time when we were making a decision as to sell our house or not. He gave us his honest opinion of our home's strength and weaknesses and offered his opinion on how to improve the home's curbside appearance. His team crafted a strong plan and produced the marketing materials to make our home known to the market. We have nothing but good things to say about Shane and his team.

Jay helped us purchase a home recently in Anacortes. He is by far the easiest realtor we have ever worked with. He’s knowledgeable, organized and efficient. He was very responsive, calling us back quickly with any questions we had. He provided great advice. In addition, he and his team were fully aware of all of our key dates as we moved through the buying process.
