Shane was so easy to work with. I called him from a reference I received and was quick to make a plan and help me find the right house. Two days later we met up to view a house and see if this was the right one for me. Lo and behold it was! All necessary paperwork was submitted almost immediately and we had an offer submitted! His knowledge and quick responsiveness was what made the home buying process a breeze! Would recommend Shane to anyone trying to buy in Skagit County!

Shane did an outstanding job helping me to sell a piece of property. He helped me to get a fair price and was excellent at communicating during the process. We had a couple of snafu's and he was there every step of the way guiding me and giving me all of the information so I could make an informed decision. I will definitely use Shane again in the future!
