Highest possible recommend Jay Kiesser! He worked through issues with both the homebuying and selling process with haste, positive attitude and thoroughness. I purchased the house with ease and sold it with ease. Jay is responsive, and savvy and has been in the PNW for many years. Again I would recommend Jay to anybody.

We are so happy we went with Jay. We needed to sell two rentals in a time sensitive matter and Jay got it done. Jay went over and beyond our expectations. His local knowledge was useful for getting certain tasks done when we were not available. We needed some electrical work to be done prior to closing and Jay knew just the guy! In addition, he went to our house and helped out when I was not able to. We sold our homes at the price we wanted and are now moving on. I no longer live in Skagit County but if I ever decide to move back, I know who I’ll be calling.

Jay was an absolute pleasure to work with. I could call Jay just about at anytime day or night and he would answer promptly. His knowledge and expertise helped us get us through the door to our first home. When working with Jay, you can tell it's all about the relationship in his approach and that he cared. I would highly recommend Jay, and will want to work with him again in the future!
