Almost 5 years ago I decided it was time to purchase my first house so I seek for expert advised. I bumped into Kimla and ever since I have never turned back. Kimla is a true example of what a customer oriented agent should be like. She always puts her clients needs first, has the market expertise to make things happen, very responsive, approachable and just all around good ethics. Another perk is her being in the industry for so long, she knows many people should you need additional home buying services. Fast forward to present time, it was time to sell my first house and move on to something different. It was a no brainier. I reached out to Kimla once again for her help to sell my home and help me find my long term home. Yes, she delivered! I would highly recommend Kimla, she is the best!

We bought our home with Kimla's help seven years ago, and went back to her when it was time to sell it after moving out of state. I wouldn't work with anyone else in the Camino-Stanwood area. She has superb knowledge of the market and handled everything perfectly, and went "above and beyond" which was a great help to an owner selling from a distance. Outstanding agent!

Kimla was amazing to work with to buy my first home. She was a referral from my brother and his wife after helping them buy and sell. I had heard nothing but great things about her and she lived up to every one of them. She was attentive and understood my needs. She was always one step ahead of any issues that came up during the buying process. She advocated for me from day one and made sure I was comfortable what was happening and understood the processes of buying a home. I feel at times she even went above and beyond for me. I will likely be referring any of my friends who are looking to buy in the area to her. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
