Kent served as my broker in the recent sale of my home. My overall experience working with him was excellent. He is a master at his craft in the real estate market. Kent was patient with me and my many concerns and provided constructive recommendations. He is very accommodating, honest, and easy to work with. To top it off, my house sold very quickly - which I attribute to his advice. I definitely would recommend Kent as a realtor if plan on selling or buying a property - especially in Orange County.

Kent was referred to us from a family member who had used him for their home on the peninsula. We were searching all over Orange County and had no idea where we wanted to plant our roots and Kent was amazing and patient with us during this year-long process. We searched county wide and landed our dream house in Costa Mesa! We couldn't be more happy from beginning to finish with working with Kent. His knowledge and negotiating skills easily saved us tens of thousands of dollars through this process. He is incredibly kind and just a well seasoned agent. We worked with Kent Martin in the spring of 2023 to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! We essentially were in escrow the first day our home hit market with a very strong offer. Our house is a niche home that is very taste specific, but Kent's marketing and his extensive buyer pool rolodex made this transaction happen quickly. Kent brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. His marketing team is top notch and can't be beat! Kent was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. He was always available to answer our questions (and the buyers!). He was so responsive and is the kindest person. We had a great experience!
