Great agent! Sold our home in less than 24 hours and helped us find a new one from beginning to the end. Highly recommended. We tried to sell it before with no luck and then decided to go with Kenia. She helped stage our home and hired a professional photographer who took beautiful pictures of the home. We had an offer within hours of the house being listed.

Kenia went out of her way to help me with coordinating service people to be sure the unit was ready for showing to potential buyers. She was very proactive keeping me updated on any and all activity from potential buyers. Kenia helped us sell our home in the Doral Sands community. She has a great depth of knowledge in the Doral Park area from years of experience both living and selling homes there. She knows the community of realtors well and works with a partner, Iliane Dautreppe, to maximize opportunities to show the home. Kenia agreed to get us professional photographs so that we could have the most appealing online presence possible. She supplemented our home's online profile with a great direct mail piece. She also held a broker's open house to drum up interest. Overall, we were very pleased with her marketing efforts. Kenia's communication was consistent and responsive. As we were living abroad when the house was on the market, communication was very important to us. Kenia would send us periodic email messages to let us know the latest developments. When I had a question, she always responded quickly. Kenia did a particularly great job as our closing date approached and we were working frantically to close a permit. Not only was her communication excellent during this time, but she handled multiple time consuming appointments with the plumber and inspector on our behalf. Lastly, Kenia did a wonderful job in managing our expectations. Like many homeowners, we had a high opinion of the value of our home after looking at our Zestimate. Kenia walked us through comparable sales, competitive listings and market trends to give us a better idea of our home's true value.
