Kelly helped me through a really complicated purchase. He's very pro active, he'd call me to remind me of something when I needed to take care of it, but he usually had everything handled. Kelly did an exceptional job of listing and selling our home. He listened to our needs, was very friendly and approachable, patient with our indecisions, took care of all the details, and even served as a counselor as we were having second thoughts during the negotiations. Kelly is the best. He knows the market very well and is an expert in the entire process of buying and selling real estate. We have purchased three houses with Kelly and sold three houses and one piece of land. We are frequent fliers because Kelly knows what he is doing. He doesn't mess around and he gets the job done right. For example, have you noticed the HOKEY pictures some agents put in their listings? Not Kelly! He only has professional photographers do work for him and you will be shocked at how good your house looks in the pictures they take. Might make you decide you want to stay. Kelly has multiple people that he can call at a moment's notice to get your house ready for sale or to fix the things you want fixed in the house you are going to buy. Whatever you need, Kelly will find a way. Can't recommend him highly enough. Plus, he's just a nice, ethical guy. No sleazy salesman here--just Kelly who does the right thing and does it well.
