Highly recommend Julian Friedman. We researched the top agents in the Bellingham area and narrowed it down to just a few to interview. After speaking with them (we asked each agent/realtor the same questions), Julian was the obvious frontrunner. We were selling an older home in a highly desirable neighborhood. It had not been on the market for decades and we wanted to sell it “as is” and not put a lot of money into it prior to selling. Julian’s energy matched the situation and the strategies he presented were beyond the basics of just using social media. Once the move was completed and the keys were handed over to Julian, everything happened quickly and efficiently. It took about a week and he managed all of it: cleaning, landscaping, staging – everything. Once the house was listed, it sold in less than a week. It sold for more than 40% over asking price. Julian made a challenging situation so much easier. The team that works with him is amazing and we didn’t have to worry about anything. Throughout the entire process – from initial meeting to sale – Julian was wonderful to work with, had great communication, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations.

If you are looking for a new realtor in the Bellingham/Whatcom County area, look no further. Julian and his team were such a pleasure to work with, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! We purchased our home in Bellingham with Julian while we were out of town and unable to visit the home personally. Julian went above and beyond to inspect the property, provide a virtual showing, help determine the value relative to the neighborhood, and ultimately negotiate a successful purchase in a very competitive transaction. His knowledge of the market, and what it would take to provide a winning offer were truly exceptional. In the multiple conversations we had throughout the process he was so easy to work with, fun to talk to, and clearly knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate transactions. We look forward to working with Julian's team again in the future.

We highly recommend Julian Friedman and his team based on our experience with Julian selling our property in Bellingham. We live outside of Bellingham and as such it was very important for us to have a realtor that we could trust. Julian knows the market, has great business insights and was always collaborative with us in all the decisions. Julian was in constant communications with us giving us the peace of mind that our precious asset was receiving the attention that every owner would like to have. Julian was also positive, fun and made the whole experience less stressful. We also received our targeted price so all in all..... nice work Julian!

Jerry was the best! Everything I could have wanted in a partnership with a realtor helping me find the perfect home for me! My daughter had worked with him to find her place and she highly recommended so I knew he’d be great. I’m moving from out of state so Jerry took the time to initially meet me over the phone and really understand what I was looking for, what I wanted to prioritize in my purchase.. after learning more about what I wanted, he took a lot of time educating me about the area and all the different neighborhoods in Bellingham. He’s a local, so I really trusted his expertise and understanding the neighborhoods that would be a good fit for me. I really appreciated that he was willing to take that time to answer all my questions and send examples of the types of homes and neighborhoods that he thought I might be interested in even before we met in person. We actually only visited homes together on two occasions when I was in town visiting my daughter. After the first tour of homes, I think he got an even better idea of what I was interested in. When I came back the next time to view homes, he lined up several for me in a very efficient manner. The day was coming to an end and said there was one more he thought I might like - great neighborhood and just redone/updated — i’m so glad I said yes to that final showing as that turned out to be the one for me! Putting in an offer can be somewhat overwhelming and you want to be smart —. Jerry gave me great counsel advice, and it worked! I got the house! Also Jerry gave me great referrals to a local lender who was also great and went the extra xtra distance to help answer all my questions. Jerry continued his support, attention to details and answered any questions quickly during the entire escrow and closing. I highly recommend Jerry for anyone looking to purchase a home. 5 stars all the way!

My wife and I got randomly paired with Jerry on the Zillow app and couldn't believe how lucky we were! Jerry is a local that really knows this town and always had a great recommendation for inspections, foundation, and elctrical experts! Jerry held our hands and tactfully guided us through buying our first home and we cannot recommend him enough. Thank you Jerry!
