I thought this team did a really good job working together and was always responsive. Hudson had a great eye for detail as we visited houses and seemed to be thinking two steps ahead of me as to what was a good fit and what wasn't. Kailee handled all of the closing details smoothly. And Julian gave me some really good perspective on the market, handled the negotiations and got me to what felt like a fair price. He helped me navigate a dual offer situation effectively.
