Lauren was fantastic to work with. She listened to what I was looking for. She was very responsive always got back to me quickly. She has good recommendations for all the necessary services. Even after the sale Lauren has been responsive to any questions no matter how dumb they are.

Lauren was the Realtor for a home we first saw online so we contacted her for a showing. She responded quickly about an appointment and was able to answer all our questions about the property. We requested a day to consider our options and put in an offer the next day which was accepted within a few days. We contacted several lending institutions to secure a mortgage including one of Lauren's referrals. Eventually we decided to do business with her referral and within a week we were finalizing our mortgage. Lauren continued to stay in touch throughout the process and answered our many questions since this was our first home purchase in Washington. The loan was approved in a timely manner and we set a time with Lauren to get keys to our new home. She showed up at the house with a welcoming bouquet of flowers and did a final walk-through to answer any final questions. We have now been in our new home 3 weeks and are more pleased with our decision every day. We have only contacted Lauren once with some operational questions which she was able to answer immediately. Many thanks to Lauren for her assistance though the entire process. We will definitely refer her to anyone we know that is looking for a home purchase.
