I didn't expect much when I clicked "Schedule Showing" on Zillow. Thankfully, Olivia and the Hansen Group were Zillow's choice in firm to help us start what I figured to be a long and painful process of shopping for and buying a house. As I now sit in my new living room, I can't say enough good things about Olivia and our experience of buying a home with her. She instantly became our home buying big sister, guiding and protecting us along every step of the way. She is honest, transparent, and made every thing so incredibly easy for us. She is super knowledgable of and well connected in the area and always knew who to call when a question she couldn't answer came up. We'll be staying in our new home for a very long time, but Olivia is the first person I would call if we ever planned to move and the only recommendation I'll have for my friends and family in the area.

Ashleigh is the best! If you are buying or selling in Sudden Valley or Whatcom County, I highly recommend choosing her. She is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and was super creative and patient with us during a tricky purchase and subsequent sale of our home. We purchased a new property with a bridge loan before selling, and we leaned on her to accurately value our property and what it might sell for well before it went to market. She was spot on with the listing price, and it sold for more than she had initially projected. She was super savvy when negotiating our purchase, and the strategy paid off when there were multiple offers. When we listed our home with her, she went above and beyond staging and producing quality marketing material. She is very professional, excellent at communicating, and very responsive. Ashleigh is trustworthy and likable, and I value her knowledge and expertise in representing me in real estate transactions.
