Ashleigh was professional, knowledgable and extremely responsive to our contingency sale. She kept in close contact with us, the sellers, the escrow company and the out of state realtor (Ashleigh's recommendation!). After the sale, she has continued to assist with questions about utilities, etc. She is simply wonderful. So happy to have been found such a great realtor.

Can't say enough great things about our experience with Olivia. We were first time buyers and total newbies to the real estate game. We went with Olivia initially because she closes on nearly 20 homes a year. Despite that high output, Olivia was always there for us to answer any questions, show us any home, show us again so we could be sure before making an offer, line up quotes, putting us into contact with contractors, lendors, etc. You name it, Olivia helped us with it - more often than not without needing to be asked. She is proactive, but never pushy. Patient, but always looking for creative ways to help you get into the home you want. After it all, we are in a home we love and would recommend her to anyone!

Ashleigh was amazing to work with. She represented us both as buyers and sellers. We originally met her a couple years ago when we first started to think about a different home. She provided the perfect amount of outreach and engagement to us at that time, keeping us in the loop in case a home we might be interested in showed up, but fully respected that we were still in the window shopping phase. A couple years passed and we were more ready, so we reached back out to her. She immediately helped us get a plan in order that allowed us to purchase our dream home and sell our beloved first home- all within one month. She walked us through strategies to help ensure our offer (buying) and our listing (selling) were competitive and fair, communicated with all relevant stakeholders in both the buying and selling phases of our work together, and went above and beyond in all areas. She was always available for questions and helped us navigate the stress of buying and selling in a ridiculously (good) short time-frame. I would highly recommend working with her!

Ashleigh is the biggest reason I am now in my dream home (not to mention it being my first home purchase)! She was exceptionally communicative from our first introductory messages all the way through closing day and beyond. Ashleigh made the entire home searching process enjoyable and stress-free. I always felt as though I was in good hands as she understood exactly what I was looking for. All of my questions, big or small, were answered and never made to feel unimportant. I was never put under pressure to make any decisions I wasn't comfortable with. Ashleigh's extensive knowledge of the area, professionalism, and friendliness led me to my dream home and I have absolutely no regrets. If I buy in the area again, I'm choosing Ashleigh!
