Jen was completely amazing throughout the entire process of helping me purchase my first home. I started looking on Zillow for places that would be affordable based on my current savings and salary in my local area, and expressed interest in viewing a home in Sacramento. Jen immediately helped my family and I start shopping for a new house. Chris was friendly and easy to communicate with, but the overall experience felt less consultative than we expected. We often found ourselves needing to drive key parts of the process, and we encountered several scheduling issues and miscommunications during the contracting phase. These contributed to avoidable frustration and ultimately to us canceling our contract due to unresolved ambiguities about the home. More proactive guidance would have made a meaningful difference.
