It was an extraordinary experience working with Shirin. She was an energizing and uplifting compatriot in the, at times, draining process of visiting and considering properties. And, more impressively, she was relentlessly effective orchestrating us through the purchase process with its many steps and teams, while remaining an uplifting and energizing compatriot.

Shirin is a delight to work with. She really listened to what we were looking for right from the start and rapidly flexed to meet our wishes. We even changed direction on her once - we were looking near Folsom/Cameron park then decided we wanted closer to Loomis, Rocklin, Penryn. Shirin simply adjusted the search to meet our needs. When I found 3 homes I wanted to view and they were already on Shirin’s list, I knew she really understood what we were seeking. To summarize, I found Shirin to be friendly, not pushy yet attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. I also enjoyed meeting James, another on her team. I’d recommend Shirin to anyone and can now successfully pronounce her lovely name (Sher een’).

Navigate not only met our expectations but exceeded them. They really know how to organize and simplify a very complicated process. Chloe was always available to answer any questions and her follow through was exceptional. Whatever I say here won’t do justice to how amazing she is. She worked on a property as the buyer’s agent, and we had an issue with the seller’s agent. She worked day and night to get the deal closed—emailing, texting, calling, literally 7 days a week. Anytime I emailed or texted, she always responded fast. She even found someone to inspect the property and get some work done on the house. I’d called almost every contractor in the area, but the one she found got the job done the next day, cheapest price out of all of them, and did an absolutely great job. If you’re looking for a real estate agent, just go with her. She’s amazing. I can’t recommend her enough.
