5 Stars – A Match Made in Real Estate Heaven! From the very start, I knew Taylor was someone special — I instantly fell in love with her energy, professionalism, and heart. She made the entire home-buying process not only smooth and stress-free but genuinely fun. Her communication was always on point, and I felt supported and in-the-know every step of the way. Taylor's insider knowledge and experience were invaluable while we toured homes. She didn’t just point out the pretty features — she looked deeper, checking for structural issues, dry rot, and red flags I never would’ve noticed on my own. I trusted her completely, and she had my back throughout the whole process. When it came time to write and negotiate our offer, Taylor gave amazing advice to help us put our strongest foot forward. She’s a skilled negotiator and a fierce advocate — especially when it came to the repair requests, where she continued to fight for what we needed all the way through closing. Taylor also knows El Dorado County like the back of her hand. She helped us zero in on the neighborhoods that would be the best fit for our lifestyle and long-term goals. I highly recommend Kelli and Gabi at Team Navigate!! They helped me through the process of buying my first home and with their support I was able to buy my dream home. The first house I looked at turned out to have a lot of issues and would not have been a good choice, and thankfully Gabi was able to help me realize this and to find the home that was truly the best fit, which was the second place I ended up looking into. Without their guidance I would not have been able to accomplish this! They made everything as smooth and seamless as possible and were always available to answer my questions. Not once did I feel pressured, and they were always willing to stick up for what was right for me. I could not have asked for a better team of kind, genuine people who truly had my best interests in mind. 10/10 recommend!

We worked with Crystal to purchase a home in Folsom. We moved from Southern California and while we were a little familiar with the area, Crystal shared her knowledge and answered all the questions we had. She was always very responsive and and professional but also made us feel like family. We enjoyed the process of purchasing our home because of Crystal!
