As a first-time homebuyer, Jen was a phenomenal agent that helped me undertake what I anticipated would be an intimidating process. Jen was both approachable and had a great wealth of personal knowledge on the local area where I was searching. She struck an expert balance between listening to my preferences and having the initiative to present potential options. Because these options matched what I was looking for, I always felt like I was driving the search. Jen’s experience with more complicated elements like negotiation with sellers and inspection contingencies resulted in the process being far easy than I thought it would be. She provided great advice before I submitted my initial offer to the seller, which at the end of negotiations resulted in a closing sale slightly lower than what I first considered offering. Throughout every step, Jen was friendly and always accommodated my schedule. Because of her hard work, the entire process from my first tour to closing on my new home took only about a month.
