Chris was friendly and easy to communicate with, but the overall experience felt less consultative than we expected. We often found ourselves needing to drive key parts of the process, and we encountered several scheduling issues and miscommunications during the contracting phase. These contributed to avoidable frustration and ultimately to us canceling our contract due to unresolved ambiguities about the home. More proactive guidance would have made a meaningful difference.
