We recently purchased a home with Trent after being lucky enough to have him be on the receiving end of a phone call about a home he had listed. We could not be more thankful for that call, as it led to one of the most heartfelt, wonderful home purchasing experiences for our family. Trent's expertise mixed with his overwhelming kindness, and charismatic attitude made us feel like we were already right at home while buying our home. Honestly, we could not recommend him more.

Trent is a great guy and a great agent. Buying a home is so emotional, and when you find something you want to see...you want to see it then and there. Trent made every possible adjustment to ensure I saw homes quickly; he also knew from the moment we walked in whether or not I would like the home. Very personal approach. I have too boys and they love Trent. He never objected to the boys being with us, and in fact asked about their whereabouts if they weren't with us. I am hoping the home we found is my last; but I would do it again with Trent in a heartbeat!

Trent was able to negotiate getting our home for us, even when the buyer had higher offers than ours. He worked hard to ensure that we were getting a sound home, and a good investment. Our budget was small, but he jumped when the right home came up, and gave us honest feedback with his great knowledge of homes and the area.
