Kathy did an outstanding job helping me sell my brother’s house. It was an incredibly difficult time in my life, and I’m so grateful that Kathy was there throughout the entire process. She even came to the hospital to meet with my brother and me! She went above and beyond to check on the house, change the air filters and scheduled weekly open houses for the property, as I live out of state. She was always friendly, informative and quick to respond. I could not recommend her enough. She’s truly a beautiful person inside and out and was a blessing to work with.

Kathy made the whole process quick and easy. If I ever buy or sell another property Kathy will be my agent. She always had great advice and suggestions. We are delighted with the sale of our house and property and with the house we bought.
