Ashley was amazing in every way from working with us the find the perfect home in the right location to taking calls late at night to answer any questions or concerns we had. I selected Ashley to help sell my home upon recommendation of a mutual friend. At first, she was great. However as the process progressed, I felt that she was working for herself instead of me. She would not answer questions that I had and I had to press her for answers. She tried to make negotiations with the buyer without consulting me. She didn't even show up at the closing. All of this can be backed up by emails and texts. I do not recommend using Ashley to sell your home.
