Anna was a pleasure to work with. We were first time home buyers who needed to visit and see multiple houses before finding our home. Anna was very patient with us, always made time for a showing and guided us through the each step of the process. She has an in depth knowledge of the market, great insights and always did her best to represented our interests.

When I called Anna in November about selling our home she was pleasant, friendly, and confident that she could help us. She and her assistant, Lori Venable came to our home several months before it was ready for market. She looked over the house and listened to our plans for improvements. Anna was positive and encouraging as she reviewed the improvements and made suggestions. We discussed her experience and qualifications in that first visit and we knew she was the one for us. She helped us weigh the idea of placing the house on the market prior to the the holidays. A couple of days later, I called Anna and told her we were going to wait until after we enjoyed our Christmas holiday to complete the house and sell. She affirmed out decision and waited patiently on us. On her second visit she was pleased with the improvements and told us to start looking for a new house as she was sure our house would sell fast. We found a house in a week or two. We put our house on the market on a Thursday and had open house on Saturday and Sunday with a flood of interested parties. We had several offers and had a signed contract in our hands on Monday. Anna walked with us through the process the whole time. Because of her help, the inspection and closing went very smoothly. Anna is a very friendly professional. She is wise, experienced, and knowledgeable of current communities and markets. She helped us make good decisions without being pushy. We are very honored to give her this 5-star review to a such a deserving professional realtor and her team.

From the very beginning to the end of the process Anna was always there for us. She was professional, competent, thorough, and available always. Her advice and recommendations were so very helpful to us. She represented us as we sold our house and purchased another one. I cannot imagine having a better realtor than Anna. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who asks. There was so much anout the buying and selling process that we did not know; she educated us and very professionally represented us in a highly ethical manner.

Anna Terry is very responsive to your (the buyer) needs. Anna always returns your calls the same day! She knows the market and strategies needed to sell your property. She has a positive persona, is upbeat and sensitive to the emotional ups and downs experienced in the selling process. Anna Terry is honest regarding the pros and cons of your property. She offers sound advice regarding pricing and presentation of your property. She always demonstrates a "We will get this done, this property will sell!" attitude which is infectious and true. You need to have Anna Terry and Laurie on your team when you decide to sell your property.
