Kathleen was great to work with. She was always willing to accommodate my wife and I, showing us numerous houses advising of the intricacies that she had observed during showings that she knew we’re important to us, and that we may have missed. Kathleen even walked us through some long distance showings via zoom when we couldn’t make it to town prior to moving. We highly recommend Kathleen.

Kathleen has been our realtor now on 3 houses and recently help us sell our current house and also buy a new house. She always goes above and beyond through the selling and buying process and is always availble for questions or assistance anytime during the day or evening even when she is on vacation. She is very knowledgeable what the housing market is doing, provides recommendations to maximize sale price, offers opinions during the buying process, and through buying and selling process is always our advocate in meetings. She ensures there is no surprises at closing and always offer assistance to make life easier during the selling or buying process that goes beyond a realtor and more like as a friend.
