Kathleen was a pleasure to work with and was extremely responsive. She obtained and provided buyer feedback promptly. She also attended most of the house showings to help the buyer understand the property and the neighborhood. She provided strong recommendations on home pricing and responses to offers. She always returned our calls and texts quickly and was happy to meet with us whenever necessary.

Kathleen cares so much about her clients, and it shows in every facet of working with her! I was selling my Mother's home, and it needed to get cleaned out and spruced up prior to listing. Kathleen had the contacts available to get the home in great shape in just a few weeks for showing, and we went under contract within a week of listing! It was an emotional sale for me, but Kathleen showed so much empathy throughout the whole process and kept me organized and focused on the finish line!
