Top service and very happy seller. I was worried when I list my house since it was after the hot season, I'm so lucky to found the right agent to do the right thing, the house was listed with right price, everywhere online. together with regular newsletters on tips and house listing performance reports. I was guided through all the steps with perfect suggestions and they provided the full service including photos, all included in their already great commission plan, I got multiple offers on the first a couple of days and got my house sold in a month with full price.

I have know Kathleen Brady for several years as a tennis buddy, friend and professional realtor. I trusted her company with buying and selling a house for me. With both transactions, her company accomplished what I needed in a very timely and professional manner. Kathleen was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a plan and goal and met them! I was managing the sale of our home from out of state and Kathleen provided recommendations of local contractors who were outstanding. She even went out of her way to check on everything when I was not able to be there in person. I highly recommend her as an agent.

Kathleen was fantastic to work with. After my fathers passing, we had to sell a house that had not been lived in for sometime. We found Kathleen through Willow and left the rest to her. She recommended contractors to address the items that needed to be fixed. She helped supervise and review the quality of the work (since we live out of town ) and within 24 hours of the listing, we had a contract. The property closed yesterday! Thank you for making this process so easy.
