Kason is a spectacular agent. My partner and I were so pleased we were able to work with him. He truly does make the house-buying process stress-free. Put simply, he is very good at his job. With Kason's help, we purchased our first-ever house. We had a multitude of questions throughout the process and he thoughtfully answered each one. It really was such a relief to have had an agent we could fully trust.

Kason was such a delight to work with. He truly made the entire buying and selling process so easy for us and we can’t thank him enough for that. He is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to the housing market and truly puts his clients first. I was worried how it would all play out during a global pandemic but Kason went over and beyond to make sure our needs and wants were met and also in a very timely fashion. We look forward to using him in the future and highly recommend him to anyone who is the the market looking to buy/sell a home. Thank you Kason!

Buying my first home was scary and overwhelming, but Kason made sure the entire process went smoothly. He was so generous with his time and was always happy to answer all my questions. I was texting him constantly (sorry Kason!). He gave me contacts for local handymen and contractors and helped me estimate what some key renovations would cost. His estimates turned out to be scary accurate! Without Kason, I would have never had the confidence to take on a house that needed renovations. I ended up with an awesome house and it's all thanks to Kason. I can't say enough good things about him.

I entered the home buying process with very little knowledge about it, much less, very little idea for what I was looking for in a home. Kason was super helpful in helping me narrow down neighborhoods and houses, based on the feedback I gave him. He provided me with much knowledge about the process, neighborhoods, and even quality of the construction performed on the houses we looked at. Kason also utilized his construction background to give me great advice and realistic estimates for costs on homes that needed work. Working with Kason ultimately gave me confidence that the home I ended up with met my needs and wants, as well as assurance that it would be a good investment in the long term.

Kason is an amazing real estate professional and gave great feedback and help while helping me find a home. His attention to detail and availability were amazing and I couldn't have found the house I did without him and the 6th Ave. Homes team. These people are changing the way real estate has been done to how it should be done.
