Kasi set reasonable expectations for the sale of our home that had been on the market for well over a year. In the year and a half previously, we hadn't even had an offer but Kasi got us an offer within the month. She handled herself very professionally. We sold our home within the expected time and now we are looking to sell another one and will we definitely use her.

Cannot say enough great things about our experience with Kasi during the sale of our father's house in Kerrville. We don't live in state but that did not hinder her getting everything taken care of for us. She provided excellent references for some work to be done and also for the estate sale, not to mention many visits to the house to ensure all the work was on track and providing us with status reports. Huge help!! She made very sure the house was in excellent condition to go on the market and sure enough we entered into a contract within a week of listing it, with a couple of back up offers to boot. Throughout the negotiations she represented our interests and essentially gained us a healthy win toward the final closing amount. She stayed on top of the subsequent steps with the inspections and working with the title company and prep for closing. Everything truly went off without a hitch and we couldn't have done it without her immense effort. So much above and beyond than any other experience we've had with home purchase or sale.
