Janelle impressed me from the very start. She watched and learned what interested me and what didn't. With that knowledge she fine tuned what she had to offer. Once a property was settled on she was impressive by handling all the amendment issues, communications, paperwork, along with enjoyable discussion. This is the second time Janelle has represented me in a real estate transaction. First as a buyer and now when it was time to sell the house. She is "on top" of everything.
