Janelle impressed me from the very start. She watched and learned what interested me and what didn't. With that knowledge she fine tuned what she had to offer. Once a property was settled on she was impressive by handling all the amendment issues, communications, paperwork, along with enjoyable discussion. I was extremely impressed with her insistance to stay available during the whole closing process just so all would be handled and finalized properly!
