Josh did a great job helping us to buy our first house in San Ramon! He was very polite yet friendly in his communications. He was patient enough all our questions as first time homebuyers and provided us with all the info and suggestion while he was not pushy or was not trying to promote specific agencies, etc. He was also very good at buying negotiations: both in terms of his good hunches on offer prices and home values and communicating with seller agents. I would definitely recommend him as an all star buying agent to friends!

We had the pleasure of Josh representing us during our purchase and as first time home buyers, we couldn't have been in better hands! Having a good realtor makes all the difference!! From the get go Josh made an effort to understand our requirements in detail and we appreciated his patience as he guided us along the process: from recommending lenders, helping us refine our search, to putting in offers and negotiating to get us the best deal(he actually told us to bid lower and got us the deal!) and even after closing he was there to answer all our queries and made our move as easy as possible and helped us settle into the community. He's got great knowledge of the local market; is an excellent negotiator and we love his friendly yet professional attitude and we can't recommend him enough to anyone who wants a realtor who'll make the process seamless and efficient.

Josh, was the best realtor we could have hoped for. He went above and beyond. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and made our home buying process incredibly easy. Josh walked us through the process step-by-step, made sure we knew what to expect and offered expert advice that helped us through the negotiations. We would recommend Josh to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.

I found Josh after reading his google reviews. I gave him a call right after and I am glad that I did, he gave me all the info that I needed and was available anytime I had a question. He is like a brother to me now, never pushed me to make the decision and always gave me a good outlook of the situation. Hand down the best agent you can work with, definitely working with him again in the future.
