Karen was very knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. She first looked at what we wanted and set out and found us numerous properties in our neighborhood we wanted. She was always on call and more than willing to answer any questions we we had big or small... she was direct and too the point. Both with us the buyer and the other realtors.

Karen is an absolute best real estate agent my wife and I were so lucky to have worked with. Karen Roth Is the exception when it come to buying and selling homes. Last year 2020 came a prime opportunity for me to sell my Condo and make a good profit. Karen was there to see and make sure both myself and the buyer were completely satisfied "that was the easy part" lots of work but both party's could not be happier! At that same time I needed to find my new home in a sellers market. Time after time I was getting out bid. Karen was relentless in finding me a new home that I would be not just satisfied but ecstatic "When you know you know" she was like a Mother Bear dealing with mortgage companies, attorneys, and all the issues that come with both buying and selling of homes . Karen is more than the agent who has helped me buy two homes and sell one. She frequently reaches out to see how I am doing asking about the kids, job etc. I made a friend when I gave her that call 4 years ago and I am forever grateful.
