Karen is incredible! She has all the knowledge you need for an easy real estate journey. We had a hiccup come up that we caused, not Karen. She handled it will grace and class. That alone is impressive in this day and time. I will absolutely use Karen's services next time we buy or sell a property.

This is our first home and I'm so thankful to have Karen working with us. Karen is very knowledgeable and has been able to help us navigate all the complexities of the process. She knows the upstate area and has been able to give us great information on different cities. She has been very responsive in calling and texting. If I leave a message or text, I usually get a call within an hour and every time on the same day. She has been in touch with all parties involved and makes sure everyone has what they need to keep the process moving. We are buying new construction and Karen has been going every two weeks and sending us video updates since we live a couple of hours away. If you're using VA, Karen knows how to navigate that process. We are very happy to have Karen as our realtor and highly recommend her.
