Robert and his team were exceptional to work with through the entire process. In our home search, we provided Robert with our list of ‘must haves’ and ‘nice to haves’. He narrowed down the search containing the criteria to make our home search more productive. This was especially important since we were moving from out of state. If a property came up when we were out of town, he was extremely accommodating by scheduling a video tour. He would provide input on the pros and cons of each property to better align with our expectations. Once we purchased a property, his team was seamless in providing the information we needed for closing and changes we wanted to make to our house after closing and before moving in. I would recommend Robert and his team. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and passionate about helping their clients.

Robert Whitesides was a pleasure to work with. Though the market is not the best, he made the experience very smooth. His communication was excellent and he kept us informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend him if you need a realtor!

Robert is very knowledgeable of the area . we looked at quite a few properties and Robert was helpful in getting plats and restrictions and other information on the properties. We have used Robert on previous property and will use him again.
