Robert is truly exceptional. I move fast, ask a lot of questions, and don’t waste time and he kept up with ease from start to finish. Every showing, every document, every curveball was handled quickly and confidently, which made the entire process feel effortless on my end. What really sets Robert apart is his relationships. Every home I wanted to see, every agent involved, it was clear he is well respected and well connected. That made a huge difference and gave me confidence at every step. Somewhere along the way, Robert stopped feeling like just my real estate agent and started feeling like a friend. Because of that trust, I ended up buying a beautiful home in Walhalla that I absolutely love. Robert is now officially a household name for my family. We were fortunate to have Robert lead us through the selling/ buying process. We had a long list of needs for our new home, and an uncertain timeline for selling ours. Many unknowns... but 100% confidence in Robert from the beginning. He is a true subject matter expert, with an extensive support network. We told Robert what we wanted. 8 short Weeks later, our home is sold (OVER ASKING), and we have closed on our dream home (BELOW ASKING). Robert advised us every step of the way, with decisions large and small. Robert's network of contractors have handled all needed repairs on home sold, and purchased (painting, floors, chimney repairs). All 3 contractors have been pro's, and prioritized us because of their relationship with Robert and his team. In short, we would not buy or sell a home without Robert Whiteside. His team, contractors, and lending team have the very best recipe in the market. Very grateful family.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Robert on multiple deals—both buying and selling—and every experience has been fantastic. He’s energetic, knowledgeable, and has what it takes to get the job done quickly and smoothly. His deep understanding of the area, the market, and the key players makes the entire process seamless. Robert is one of if not the best around. Very knowledgeable about the area, knows what price is going to get your home sold and off the market in a reasonable amount of time. He does the research, puts a lot of effort into getting your home sold. I don’t think you’ll find anyone else that works harder than him to get your home sold. My home was only on the market for 3 days before it was under contract. 10/10 would and will recommend Robert to anyone I know.

Robert was outstanding in handling the selling of our property! I feel that we could not have found anyone more knowledgeable and eager to do the job. Would give 10 stars if I could!
