We’ve had the pleasure of working with Robert on multiple deals—both buying and selling—and every experience has been fantastic. Robert is one of if not the best around. Very knowledgeable about the area, knows what price is going to get your home sold and off the market in a reasonable amount of time. He does the research, puts a lot of effort into getting your home sold. I don’t think you’ll find anyone else that works harder than him to get your home sold. My home was only on the market for 3 days before it was under contract. 10/10 would and will recommend Robert to anyone I know.

My dad had a great experience working with Robert Whitesides to sell his house. He is super easy to work with—always available to answer questions and kept him in the loop the whole time. He knows the market really well and helped him price it right, which led to multiple offers and a quick sale. I felt like he was in good hands from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend Robert to anyone looking to sell their home!

Matt helped me find my house in Anderson back in October of 2024. Matt was very knowledgeable of the home-buying process. He helped me get a great pre-approval and made the home-buying process a lot easier than I expected. With me being a first-time home buyer at the time and not knowing anything, Matt explained everything I needed to know in a way I could understand and made the process a lot less stressful. If I was unsure about anything or just needed any info, I could call Matt up and he would have an answer for me and help me out with anything in the process. Smart and dedicated realtor with a bright future ahead of him. Next time I’ll buy or sell a house, I will be looking to do business with Matt again!
