I recently worked with Justine to purchase a home. Good communication is important to me. She proactively provided information I needed and was always quick to respond to my questions. When I experienced an issue getting liquid funds for my down payment and it looked like the sale could fall through, she worked with the unhappy sellers to find a workable solution. I wholeheartedly recommend Justine.

We chose Justine because she knew our neighborhood very well and helped to put our home in the best condition for sale. We had to list our home during the winter holiday season. Even though this was a "slow" time of year, Justine quickly found qualified buyers with excellent offers, and we closed within weeks. Her negotiation skills were instrumental in negotiation of the final price. All along the way she helped get the best way to get our house ready for the market and sold. Anytime we had a question or concern she was responsive. I give her five stars in all criteria.

Justine is a great realtor. She Walked us through a very difficult and involved VA loan purchase. There were many hurdles and when something difficult came up she was ready to pivot and make it work. She was just incredible. I really appreciate her personal involvement and high level professionalism.
